To get a high rank using this word, will be very difficult, because there are so many sites covering this subject. Meanwhile, let’s search for “beauty tips for pregnant women” and we will find 100  sites. Still, there are only 5 site optimized on this keyword)! Even if the search engine optimization of your web site will take a while once you done it you get constant good traffic.

-Free Social Media Marketing (MySpace, Facebook, etc)
I find social media marketing to be the most enjoyable but it can be a bit hard to get targeted traffic though!
